The wild look created with flared skirt with leopard print

Leopard print is always in fashion, regardless of the season. I believe that all fashionistas have at least one item in their wardrobe or an accessory with this print, it is as popular as an ensemble of classic colours like black and white.

If you read a “Cosmopolitan” magazine or watch fashion channels about famous people you most probably noticed that many of them wear leopard outfits because it looks attractive and fashionable.

Did you know that wearing leopard print is not as simple as it may look. Always keep in mind that this print is very noticeable, no matter where you go you will be in the centre of everyone’s attention and it requires to follow certain rules on how to combine clothes, colours and accessories with this tricky print and if you don’t know these rules such clothing can make you look tasteless and even inappropriate.

I would love to share with you “Do’s” and “Don’ts” for leopard print clothing.

Lets start with my look of the day. In the photos below I am wearing beautiful flared skirt with leopard print which I love whole lot, it looks so playful and girly. To balance this print and make it suitable for every day wear I decided to assemble this skirt with a black jacket. By adding these two items together I created a win win combination, this stylish and same time romantic outfit would be a great choice for every day wear or even special occasions. As for the accessories I stopped on gold-ring earrings and a functional big black purse with matching stylish high heels.

Bear in mind to much of anything will never give good results, especially if you apply this rule to leopard print outfits; it is a sign of bad taste.

Another important point is to never combine different animal prints in the outfit. Even in the wild leopards and zebras do not get along together, same thing can be said for the fashion world you can’t combine two different animal prints in one outfit.

So if you want to balance leopard print for every day look, black is not the only colour that goes well with leopard print you can also try white or different shades of beige.

For those of you who wants to make a fashion statement try leopard shoes and a bright colour dress, for example red, orange or yellow colours. If classic style is closer and suitable to you, then try a black dress with leopard print thin belt. This chic look will showcase your individuality and sex appeal.

You can also try to wear a leopard print jacket with a dark shades bottom like black colour trousers or a black skirt. This outfit can be suitable for the office as well as going out for a cocktail.

If you prefer leopard pants, then the top must also be black, white or beige. But if you want to give your image freshness, brightness and sex appeal, you can wear a red or orange top with black high heels. By combining these items together you will create a stylish look.

If you wearing leopard dress, coat, jacket or suit, keep it simple with accessories. The outfit is busy enough so I advise you chose simple gold earrings and a ring. This would complete your look.

So let’s go “WILD”…..
