Today I would like to share with you some photos taken while I was visiting Istanbul Turkey with my husband. We went to have a lunch in a restaurant located high up on a mountain top, it was a perfect place to enjoy a great meal with good company and beautiful view of the beautiful Istanbul.

When I was choosing what to wear on this date with my hubby I stopped on this stylish beige jacket. A beige colour is a versatile colour; it can be combined with darker and lighter colours and still be symbol of elegance and refined taste.

I love the classic cut of this jacket and beautiful decorative elements on the waist line. I emphasize the softness and femininity by combining the beige colour jacket with a light cream colour flared skirt and lace top. By adding a final touch with a pearl necklace and earrings I created this beautiful, romantic look.

In my opinion beige jacket – it’s a universal thing, you should all have one, it is suitable for any style of clothing, be it an office, sports, casual. Just keep in mind the basic rule “do not dress head to toe in beige”, the exception is, if you are dark-skinned brunette. Also remember that skin colour is often pale, so do not forget to allocate make-up cheekbones and eyes.

Planning a night out? Then a great option would be a skirt-to-toe with a white top and a beige jacket. It will an eye catcher and you definitely will be noticed.

You can also achieve stylish and elegant look with a beige jacket and blue jeans. Bag and shoes have to match. This is a must & required part of the image.

Short beige jacket and a cocktail dress like what I am wearing on the photos below – the choice of a true lady. Add the image of a clutch on a chain, the high heel shoes – and you can end up looking like the model descended from the pages of a glossy magazine.

If you’re going to a party and you are in a playful mood then try a stylish beige jacket with bright colour skirt like red maybe or ocean blue skirt with matching top to go under the jacket and you will find yourself in the centre of attention anywhere any time.

For office look, you could look outstanding if you combine a classic-cut beige jacket with black trousers or a pencil skirt at the bottom and black suit-shirt under the jacket. While this look is classy elegant it can also look very very sexy.

Now you know my thoughts about “beige jacket”, so feel free to experiment and transform.
