Today we had a very nice day here in Montreal and I can’t believe that we are in August already. Time flew real fast.  When I think of it, it makes me sad to think summer will be over soon. I noticed, in life good times are much shorter than what they seem. When we are in the midst of having fun we lose sense of time and soon after the reality hits us that’s when we realize our loving summer is over. As a result of that we of course have to change our wardrobe to autumn clothes soon after.

I don’t know about you but in the past I have noticed a summer item hidden in the back of my closet that I forgot wearing during the summer which was a disappointing feeling so before you experience the same disappointing feeling when you also notice you forgotten an item that you could have been wearing for a perfect summer occasion,…… well here is your reminder! So today i would love look back and share with you guy some of my summer outfits of the last couple of months.

Bright color trendy summer jacket

If you are working in the office and your day starts early then a jacket will be useful item in your wardrobe. During summer, mornings can be cool and a jacket draped over the top will not only keep you warm and it also will help you look stylish. In addition, when it gets warmer later in the day and temperature rise, the jacket can easily be hidden in a purse. This item is indispensable item because even it can be used when going out in evenings.. Below you can see some of my favorite jackets in the different styles and colors.

Beautiful blouse with short sleeves

In the photos below i am wearing beautiful blouse made of a light color silk. This is a perfect choice for a hot summer day and indispensable element of summer wardrobe of working women.

Plain 100% cotton white T-shirt

White T-shirt is one of the most common elements of summer wardrobe. In the photos below you can see how stylish you can look in a plain color T-short just add an accessory and your  new look is ready. I love how easy it is to create a new casual summer  look and at the same time enjoy the feel & comfort of cotton.

Stylish summer top

These  summer tops will help ease the unbearable heat of hot summer days. Sometimes in the summer we feel like wearing as little as possible but yet still have appropriate and stylish look. In the photos below i am wearing two different beautiful tops. The green one I purchased in the street markets of Istanbul Turkey. I love the way the embellished beads look on this top it gives it a character of its own. Second one I is my creation, I designed and sewed it myself.  This is perfect beach ware or night club.

Summery dress

We all have a several dresses in our closets starting  with casual to night out cocktail dresses. The 5 dresses in the photos below are my creation which I designed. I think they are stylish good to have in summer wardrobe.

Summer bright color suit 

This is important item in business wardrobe. In the photos below what you see are my fashion creations. I enjoyed making the patterns and then sewing them. Always keep in mind a suit doesn’t have to be a boring item. Especially in a summer wardrobe, a suit can be made of bright colors, or when you match a leopard skirt with a black jacket you can transform your looks to a playful & stylish look.

I hope this post inspires you and triggers your creative forces to come up with combinations of new looks. Let’s face it we do not have much time left before autumn takes over so take advantage and enjoy every day with a new summer look.  And most importantly don’t forget my advice above, go and look for that one neglected item sitting in the back of your closet, take it out and wear it with pleasure before the summer is over so that you don’t feel sorry & regret not wearing it.
