How to Wear Green Sweater

I don’t know about the weather where you live but here in Montreal the last couple of days were very cold. When the temperature drops to minus double digits, I prefer to wear a sweater. On cold days like that, sweater will not only helps to keep warm but also look stylish.

For today’s look I chose this super cute green sweater and decided to build an outfit around it. I absolutely love green colour sweater, because with this item so easy to create a variety of styles starting from simple casual outfit to beautiful feminine look or even elegant outfit.

Many people think that winter outfits usually dark colours, but as you can see on the photos in today’s post that this is not always the case. I like how green sweater makes any winter look more noticeable, fresh, light and bright and for that reason I believe that all fashionistas should have this item.

For today’s look I paired brown skinny pants with green sweater decorated with two colours belts and under the sweater I am wearing silk top with a beautiful print that very well connects top and bottom pieces together and acts as a transitional item.

I created this fun beautiful casual look simply by combining few bright colour pieces together and for the final touch I add a set of brown leather bag and brown heels.

Did you know that long green sweater can be an excellent alternative to a warm knitted dress. Sweater like that will look good if you wear it with black leather knee-length high heel boots and matching black nylons. To complete this look wear black colour statement necklace or bright color scarf.

You can create a business casual look simply by wearing white shirt under a short dark green sweater. Bottom piece can be a burgundy skinny pants combined with black leather bag and knee-length black high heel boots. You also will look great if you pair this top with maroon, red or even purple colour pants.

White classic shirt under a dark green sweater is an ideal choice for office look. But if you want to try something different then try wearing an ensemble of dark green sweater made of light fabric under a black jacket with classic straight pants. To complete this stylish business look use gold accessories.

For stylish casual outfit a perfect choice could be an ensemble of green sweater with blue skinny jeans and knee-length boots, to complete this look use brown or beige colour accessories.
