Roasted salted almonds

In today’s post I would like to share with you easy to make tasty and healthy home-made snack recipe of roasted salted almonds. I absolutely love roasted almonds; they will benefit your health by boosting your intake of a few key nutrients.
In our busy lives, this would be an ideal snack to help you maintain a healthy diet on the go!
- Â Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C
- Pour the almonds on a piece of aluminum foil

- Drizzle olive oil over the tops of the almonds. Toss the almonds to ensure that they are evenly coated with oil. The olive oil will help salt to stick to the surface of the almonds
- Sprinkle salt and paprika over the almonds. Toss the almonds to ensure that they are evenly coated with salt and paprika
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes; stir it at least one time to make sure that almond browns evenly from both sides.
- Pour almonds over paper towels placed on a plate and let absorb excess olive oil – this takes about 5-10 minutes.
Feel free to play around with this recipe by using different spices.
